There are various parts to work on although the body is complete. Starting from the bottom, first parts are the legs and pedal lyre. Deep and dark black.

本体の塗装は終了しましたが、細かいパーツの塗装などはこれからです。はじめは脚とペダルリラから。



After coating them, now shifting to the body. The polished agraffes are set on the cast iron frame. The embedded part of an agraffe is screw. Adjusting where to stop the screw angle must be accurate and this will result the sound.

塗装の後は本体の作業へ。研磨したアグラフをフレームへ取り付けていきます。アグラフはフレームに埋め込まれている部分がネジキリになってて、回しながらねじ込んでいきます。どの角度で止めるのかが重要で、結果が音に出ます。とても重要な作業です。
